What is an "Indie Design Market"?
A modern arts and crafts market inspired by the DIY (do it yourself) craft movement. This event is designed to celebrate independent designers and artists locally and nationally while supporting the spirit of the handmade community.

What isn't there to do in Columbus? Just because this is the mid-west doesn't mean there is nothing fun to do!

How is Tiny Canary being promoted?
We are making every effort to promote across the internet on crafty websites, blogs, Etsy, and everywhere else we can find. We will be providing promotional postcards for all of our vendors to distribute. These postcards as well as posters will be distributed liberally across the city of Columbus in every location we can leave them. We will also hand out cards at another large event with over 5000 in anticipated attendance at Junctionview Studios the month prior to Tiny Canary.

How can I help promote?
If you would like to volunteer to help distribute postcards/posters around the city, you may pick up promo materials at Wholly Craft in Clintonville, Ohio. On the downloads page of this site are jpg banners and logos for you to post on your website or blog.

Can I help by sponsoring the event?
Sponsors are always welcome! Please contact info@tinycanary.com if you are interested in participating as a sponsor.

Is there an entry fee at the door?
The doors are open, free of charge! I'm sure you would rather spend your hard earned dollars on a handmade treasure!

Will there be food at the event?
We plan to have a refreshments area for both patrons and vendors, including fresh baked cookies to get in the mood for the holidays!

Where should we park?
Junctionview Studios is located in an industrial area of town there is plenty of parking nearby.
We will have a designated parking area for vendors.

What is Junctionview Studios?
Junctionview Studios is a warehouse in Grandview Heights, Ohio full of studios for visual artists, musicians, and performers.
It is also home to an artists' collective, and the host location for many art events throughout the year.
