• Application
    To apply as a vendor for the November 17-18, 2007 Tiny Canary Indie Design Market, you will need to submit our online application form. You must send payment as part of the application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

    All applicants must be available to participate in both days of the sale. All items sold must be handmade by the person that is applying. This individual must be present at the event.

  • Deadline
    Online applications must be received before midnight EST, Saturday, September 15, 2007. Late applications will not be accepted.

  • Acceptance
    Applications will be juried, and all applicants will receive a notice regarding the status of their application on September 22 nd. We will refund your entry fee by September 28th if you have not been accepted. If you are accepted as a vendor, but cannot participate, we will need to be notified by October 1 st, 2007. We wil not be refunding application fees after this date.

  • Photos
    Your work will be juried based upon the photos that you provide. You must provide, on your application, the web address with the best representation of your work. This may be a personal website, an online shop, blog, flickr album, etc. We will not be accepting emailed photos.

  • Group Applications
    If you are applying with a friend, or you are applying as a collective group, please submit ONE application, and list only one person as the contact. These will be juried as one applicant. Individuals from the group will not be selected separately from the rest of the group. You must provide the names of all people intending to sell work, as well as a website to show examples of each person's work. Please enter this info in the Additional comments box on the application.

  • Application Fee
    There is a $75 application fee (which covers both days of the event) that must be paid via PayPal. Once the application is completed, you will need to make the application payment through PayPal. At the top of your log in application page, you will see a link to make this payment. You need to complete this payment before the application deadline. This will be refunded to any unaccepted applicants no later than September 28th

  • Additional Info
    All vendors will be supplied with an area of approximately 6 feet by 6 feet, including a table and one chair. Please notify us if you will need an additional chair. Most of the spaces have a wall behind them to hang signs, or products from. There is no commission taken from the vendors on their sales, you will keep 100% of what you sell. If you intend to offer credit card sales, you must provide this service. We cannot facilitate these sales. We can provide some electricity, but cannot guarantee that it will be available for all vendors. We will do our best to provide good lighting for all vendors.

  • Jurying
    We will be considering entries that are unique, high quality, handmade and fit with our aesthetic intent. We unfortunately cannot accommodate all applicants, so we hope that if you are not accepted this time that you will apply again in the future.
  • Acceptance of Terms
    By applying to the show you agree to have read and abide by the guidelines above.
